“My order arrived at the store on the 2nd, i visited the store on the 4th and was told they cannot assist without an OTP. I then returned on the 8th and thanks to Didi i received my parcel. She went the extra mile to go and check and found my package. She called for an OTP and was told that it is a Fargo order and cannot assist. Didi booked out the parcel and i signed on the delivery note. Thank you Didi much appreciated.”
