“I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The products I received were not in new condition — they appeared used and arrived without warranty certification, tags, or proper packaging.
I was advised to take the items to any American Swiss store for an exchange, but when I visited the N1 City branch, they were unable to assist because the barcode does not exist on their system.
From the day of delivery, I have experienced continuous issues, and despite following the instructions given to me, I am no closer to resolving this matter. I regret making this purchase.”
