“The shopping experience was fairly good, the price was great too considering I got my product on special. The problem arose when I went to go and collect at Totalsport Westgate. The cashiers were extremely unhelpful - the First Lady who attended to me couldn’t find my order she then continued helping other customers. The Second Lady that was asked to find my package looked for it for about 3 times without finding it. She then stopped looking and went on about the job. They had total disregard of me waiting there for over 20min, it’s only after I started getting agitated that they looked again and boom they found it. I did click and collect for the convenience of not having to wait. I was extremely disappointed and not one person apologised for wasting my time!”
