“Some store assistants still insist on requesting for Identity documents (ID or License) when collecting in-store even though Pargo service does not require customers to bring any. Only the OTP pin is required when collecting. A reminder to inform all participating stores to not force customers to provide identification when they have the OTP and SMS or email for collection.

“The fact that I get separate deliveries for each item is very annoying. Can you not deliver everything at once?
We are not always at home so if I ordered 3 items on my order then it gets delivered 3 different days. Why doesn’t it all get delivered one time. But other than that the shopping experience is good,”
