“It's good to shop on Bash because everything is good quality but the problem was I did not received all my parcels on my previous order and I'm the one who tried to found out the problem, you were supposed to sent me an email atleast”
“It I beautiful but think it had a factory fault of size. We tried to exchange at Ilanga mall in Mbombela and they refuse to take it saying they want my card. I am in Limpopo and I bought it for my dugter. And they had the correct one in the shop. This w not a fair customer service. So they said they will take it as a return item. . Service at Ilanga mall was poor 😫”
“The order was okay, besides a few complications which I feel like I would've better resolved myself in my nearby TFG stores in Bethal than having to ask someone to collect while trying to communicate with the store at the same time...but besides that most of the staff at Sportscene secunda were friendly and calming throughout.”
“Firstly delivered the mattress to someone else and only when i queried was this investigated.
Mattress was eventually delivered with no explanation as to what happened. Very poor service from Bash.”
“The platform is not too bad, convenient to shop across all TFG brands. Sometimes deliveries are staggered If I could choose I would prefer to get one delivery irrespective of the store purchased from.
It is also frustrating that only select stores are used to source stock from. If the stock is available at a store and is visible on the app just pull the stock from that store. I would rather wait longer than not get what I would like to have at all. So yeah its good but limited and can be improved.”
