“I had ordered 2 items and the 1 item I loved nothing bad all is good but the 2nd item which was a pair of shoes highly unsatisfied cos now I had to go out of my way to get an exchange cos I had an event to attend that very same weekend of delivery and the pair was an odd pair”

“The shopping experience as a whole was fantastic and the delivery was very quick. However, when I received the chain it had not been rolled up correctly so it has a kink in it and there was also a sticky residue on the chain where I would assume a label had been. That section is now a different lustre.

Initial jacket was oversized plus the threads coming out... Went for exchange and majority of those jackets in the shop have the same problem. However I did manage 2 find a fitting size. The design is a really big cut coz I exchanged from XL to Small thinking medium would fit but No”
“Over many years we have supported @ HOME. It has always been difficult to get items to take away from stores. It's a bit rich to offer a promotional discount, then add a substantial delivery fee.
Customers haven't really got the option to collect from the store to save on delivery fees.”
