The wrong shoes were dispatched. Contacted Customer Support. A return was logged. Shoes returned. Credit passed - BUT the Delivery Charges, R60, not credited. (That means I paid a total of R120.) Why not? BASH made the mistake, not me. That is why I only gave a Three Star rating. Suggest refund the delivery charge, then add 2 Stars. Go on . . . Have a Bash at it!

“The filtering mechanism on the bash website is not great. The data is not sanitized or standarized so the filtering does not bring back the correct items. To pick a specific size, like 9, there are about 4 different sizes you need to select and even then you don't get the correct items. Also you can click on boys shoes, but then get girls shoes too.
The bash website feature more stores, but the old tfg website was a nicer shopping experience.”
“Everything was great besides the actual item. The garment was dirty,clearly previously worn but tags not removed. My daughter needed a white dress for an occasion so returning was not an option. I washed it and used it. But the dirt was around the collar,under the arms and on the dress itself the color was dirty. One could clearly see it was worn for a day carefully with no stains with the intention of returning.”

“Parcels came separately, so I had to go in twice to collect my items. Two items are way to big and chunky, but I cannot return them to the store I collected them from - I now have to travel to the store they are from to return. It seems that bash makes it as difficult as possible to return in the hope that one will give up and not return any items...
The other two items are lovely - true to size and look like tot picutres online.”
