“Delivery even on a Saturday is amazing...and keeping The client in the loop is great. I am not sure if they need an ID/badge or anything to identify that they are delivering for Bash though. Most of the times it's a car that delivers but we have to play a guessing game that it's a Bash delivery. So if possible can that also be made possible? Payments is quite easy and the security on the system is amazing. The range of products is amazing. Online shopping gives better value in discounts and Promotions. So far so good. Bash is doing amazing. Even my husband refers to the stores as Bash and not their individual names”
“My review is not so much on the product but the actual service of bash - the times i have ordered from Bash i have all times received the wrong product that i ordered - this then is forcing me to drive to the store mind you 50km away hence i order online to get the order. This has happened twice already so i dont trust the online service anymore based on that.
To get things swopped and back will take longer just as it takes a week to get stock.”
“Had issues with collecting my order even though it was ready days before, please fix your system as it was MAJOR inconvenience. Further, the magnets became loose as i undertook my half-marathon, so we’ll have to see how future races go.”

“Love the bag but the packaging was horrible. The purchasing process was very efficient and the online website very user friendly. The bag was just thrown in the courier bag without even covering it with bubble wrap nor in a normal plastic bag or even a box. The sunglasses was skew upon delivery. Wrapped in bubble wrap that was not sufficient to keep it from getting damage.”
