“I purchased this phone as a gift and specifically ordered it in black. However, without any prior notice or consultation, I received the blue variant instead. While the color itself is not a major issue, I would have appreciated being informed beforehand and given the option to confirm or adjust my order. This lack of communication comes across as unprofessional and could have been easily avoided with a simple notification. 1 star for you!”
“When I saw the ad of this set I immediately went to bash and ordered it. Just for it to only be the pants. I went back to check and saw it does state only pants but I couldn't even find the matching top. It's kind of false advertising when items are sold separately, at least have the top as a selection for the client to have a choice to add it.
Also, pants was way too big.”
“Delivery Service Providers suck. There is no way to instruct them what to do upon delivery and many times they drive past when I missed their call. Not stopping, ringing the bell as I would have instructed them to do, IF there was an option of that. I am a hearing impaired client and often miss calls from people who is not aware of it.”

“I was very disappointed with the delivery guy Ralton Van Rooi, He just left my parcel with the security at my work place without even contacting me. Usually the delivery guys calls us and let us know that they are in the building but this one just drop it like that, i just saw an sms saying that my order has been delivered which was very unprofessional anyone else could just claim my parcel”
