“The fit of most items these days are not true to size, the shoes especially. Size 7 to big, size 6 too small, really frustrating. The size 12 dresses cannot close over bust area and my one dress came without one off its buttons, no idea who is suppose to check it but anyway, not acceptable considering what you pay”
“The delivery process has room for improvement. Clients should be contacted when the delivery guy is on the way, not only when they collect the package from the store. As a 1st time shopper would have loved a discount but overall the experience was okay.
