Love the coat, it kep me nife and warm but i wore a black dress and black panty hose underneath it and it picked up so much fluff from the jacket. I gave it a good warm handwash.. hopying when i wear it again it wont shed any fluff.

“I’ve always been happy with my bash order in all the years that I’ve shopped online. But this order came with a wrong sweater top , if it was a wrong one but for boys it wouldn’t have mattered but they sent one for girls and I was very disappointed.”
“Delivery times are good but exchanging products online is not a pleasant especially if you exchanging multiple items. We do online shopping because we don't want the hassle of going to the stiore. Do online refund”

They will send my package one by one.
And at that time I bought like 5 items at once.

“Okay on this order I'm happy . However I have an issue with bash overall.
1. You once sent me someone's order last year , I don't remember when or on which order . I called you guys and told you about it , and they sent someone to collect it . I did not get so much so as an email or thank you for your kindness . Because mind you, I could have kept quiet.
2. I'm not happy with how you guys constantly cancel orders . I don't know who is to blame either you or the shop , but you need to deliver , if I see something online and I like it and buy it , then I expect it. Many times my orders are canceled especially if something is cheap . However the one that got to me was while buying a nike black sneaker , I think I bought it 5 times and each time it got canceled. Same sneaker , same price and plenty of times . Still gets canceled.
3. I bought sneakers at sneaker factory and 1 time it was a wrong size . What's written on the box was not the size that was inside. Also one time one sneaker had that tack that needs to be removed by the teller in the shop . I went to total sports for them to remove it , they refused and said I must take it to sneaker factory.
Also I bought size 3 vans sneaker for my nephew and total sports and inside it was size 3 and size 4 . I took them back and they were finished in the shop .
Lastly I hope you guys get back to me with regards to my review because I took my time typing this .
