“First order was ok and arrived in good condition. Second delivery took a week and when I finally received it, the lamp shade was torn and bent. This was extremely disappointing and I then had to go to store to exchange it. A huge inconvenience because I order online for a reason... For convenience. I am not confident ordering on bash again after this experience”
