It is inconvenient, and I would appreciate having all my deliveries delivered together, unless I state otherwise (so an option to separate deliveries if I need one delivered quickly).”

“What a horrible experience, i bought an item on black friday, when yhe item finally came it wasnt the correct one, the item looks exactly the same as the one i wanted so you cannot tell the difference from the picture, even the lady in store couldnt tell the difference, well anyways it was wrong, when i asked for an exchange i was asked to pay over R1000 difference because it was bought on a sale, such a bad experience and if i knew i would have rather bought it at another store instead of wasting my time here.”
