“It was ok... Though some of my order could not be found at first and after about 45min, I had to leave. The staff was very helpful and they called me as promised, as soon as they found the rest of the order. So it was a bit inconvenient, would have been nice to get all at once. Did not like that I received silver diamond drop earrings instead of gold ones that I ordered and was not even notified about it. The dress was stretched out that it lost it's shape and had a part where the material was pulled out. Unfortunately, I could not return it because it was for a themed event and so I had to wear as it was.”
“The delivery is done through RAM Courier and they are not reliable. They don't deliver in time and they can write false delivery attempts without coming. They kept my phone for a week while sending messages that they didn't find me which is a lie. If Bash wants to satisfy it's customers it must get reliable courier.”
