“Delivery was quick and fast. However on trying to exchange one coat at The Fix, I asked if they can get me a smaller size from a different shop. They refused to help and I had to take a refund.
Why is it that certain tfg stores offers to get a different size from another but not the fix?”
“It's a beautiful pair of boots, but was full of black coal dust and dirty.
I was in two minds about returning it, but I think I managed to clean it up, not 100% sure.”
“The delivery and shopping experience was exceptional. Problem is that the black jogger did not have a drawstring, I felt very much disrespected as a customer as to why do I deserve an incomplete item.
However I decided to keep the item and not return it as adviced, hopefully this disrespect will not happen again.”

“Everything was easy, I just dislike how everything came in separate packages and I continuously had to go back to the shop to collect each individual package. Not only that but the Foschini Menlyn staff was very rude and were mocking my name and showing around my ID”
