“WOW what has happened to TGI Basildon? What a mess it’s turned into. The prices are silly expensive, the wait to be seated was long and we sat there for 15 minutes waiting for them to take our order, we had to get up and ask a member of staff to take our order.
It’s a shame as this used to be such a great place to eat, but now it done. RIP TGI Fridays!!”

“The food I had was dry and so was my brothers bacon cheeseburger. Also my mums was very dry and so was my dads and my corn wheels were dry no butter. Overall I wouldn’t come back personally the waitress was nice but slow service and yeah I ain’t coming back”

Even after a lousy meal, and having complained they had increased the bill incorrectly, the manageress had the gall to try blame us, even though the menu clearly stated a price and we had requested it...will never be a customer at this venue again
