“I have long been searching for assistance to write this book that I believe the world needs to understand Africa and why people or communities lag behind. You're on point. Your presentation covered a lot of aspects of my needs. The process , the facts and the explanation of possible rejection are well presented without creating I'll feeling. The areas I would think need emphasis are just the application side of things so far. I didn't get application side. It might be I missed that point. Thank you so much for reviving and heightening my long life passion”

“I love how you address the fact that weight loss in this instance is NOT all about what we eat! It is is all about digging deep and being willing to do the work necessary in balancing body, mind, emotions and spirit! And we could add hormones.”
