“The content. The platform is frustrating, however. There is no indication of the webinar's duration, so it is difficult to plan an appropriate amount of time for consumption. As such, I've been interrupted after an hour or so multiple times, and keep returning to finish. However, the platform does not allow the user to fast forward to continue where one left off. As such, I have now spent three hours watching the same first hour of the webinar, and still do not know how much time to actually schedule to be able to consume the rest. This issue occurs on both my phone and my laptop, both utilizing Safari.”
