“Ordered Friday 12th May, after 3pm, but paid for next day service. Order confirmed Mon 15th, battery arrived weds 17th? Did call on the 17th and ask where it was, , was told "well I don't know why it hasn't arrived, it says it will be today".”

“Hi, I purchased my order on 10th May 2023 with next day delivery paid for. Four days later still waiting for it to arrive and I’m still without transport. Probably the delay is due to whoever is the logistics contractor rather than The Battery Guys. Either was no that impressed.”

“Good prices, delivery good and reliable. Nice guy but not big on explaining things. Would have preferred more explanation on differences between battery power/size ( volt and ah). Needed battery urgently for important travel and didn't have time for prolonged search. So ended up buying different to original battery and later found I could have got same specs , similar price elsewhere and still don't understand implications of getting a different one. Don't know if could have got like for like as wasn't offered and only 'on sale' batteries came up on search by car reg on the website.”

“Easy to select the correct battery and prompt delivery. A diagram for 'which bungs' you are supposed to remove, would be re-assuring but otherwise, pain free simple installation”

“I’ve bought car batteries from the Battery Guys on several occasions over the years and got great service. Unfortunately on this occasion I bought a battery online and was notified that it had been dispatched. This was followed by a further note with quantity “0” in the invoice and the money paid was refunded immediately to my account. I presume that the dispatch note was sent and the warehouse then found that it was out of stock but no actual explanation was given. I then got a battery with a 3 year guarantee from elsewhere locally for £2 less.”
