“Too early to comment on the quality of the battery bought, but I just can't fault the service at all. First battery was delivered the next day (and we live in quite a remote location). I then realised that I had foolishly bought the wrong battery (despite good help on the website that there were two options and to make sure I chose the right one!!!!), The Battery Guys have been brilliant. The correct one is now on its way and they'll refund the price of the original one once returned. Great service.:)”

“I'm thoroughly impressed with the speed of the service. My only issue is that the battery arrived with the indicator showing red. When I called to enquiries about this I was reassured that this was due to the liquid being 'sloshed' around during transit, but will settle - maybe include this in the instruction leaflet you send accompanying the battery? Overall thoroughly impressed & have already recommended :)”

“Have used these Guys before, several times and not once have I been let down. Ordered my battery dinnertime Thursday, it arrived before 1400 Friday. It may have been even earlier but it was delivered to my works and I started at 1400? Easy to change with my dying battery, 15minutes, it was cold. LoL! My engine punches into life now, good thing with this cold weather approaching. Will use again, no doubt. Thanks.”

“Excellent service arrived on the date promised, wrapped and sealed in a heavy duty polythene bag and packed in a strong cardboard box with polystyrene wedges to prevent any movement, fitted to the car same day started first time and at least a dozen times since from cold so very happy, will definitely use them again.”
