I ordered an item in the cyber Monday sale and it went through to the page that confirms your order after paying but I realised today that I never received a confirmation email. I got in touch with them about this and all they could say is they can’t find anything about my order and therefore cannot do anything about it and want me to pay £64 for an item that I got for £20 yesterday. Definitely seems like a scam on there half if not just a horrendous website that doesn’t know how to place an order correctly and awful customer service.

Body shop sent me the wrong order. They will not send me packaging to return items and will not send out my items until they receive the incorrect order. So I have to find packaging, return item via the post office and then wait for my correct order to arrive. Hopefully before 1st of December when needed as a gift. Not helpful!

Expect 1 month+ shipping time and zero customer service I bought moisturizer cream for my family who will be traveling abroad. I expected the items to arrive on time. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Items ordered on 11/4/2021. Seller advertised 3-7 day shipment. As of now 11/20/2021, items still not received and continually getting delayed. Customer service representatives are useless, refused to change shipment, resend item, or issue refund. Obnoxious repetition of “I am sorry” and “I understand” by the customer service representative on the phone resulted in zero change in this transaction. As of now, item continued to get delayed. No help. I’m demanding a full refund for this transaction.

Dont order from the body shop in wake forest NC! They having bugs in all they produtcs tote bins that they dont clean and the managers TERRY AND NATALIE SMOKE WEED! I seen it with my own two eyes! They are fraudulents mangers as well.. HEAD QUARTERS NEED TO BE INVOLVED IN EVERYTHING THEY DOING

I was sent an email containing a “15% off everything” voucher code that was valid for 8 weeks. I tried using the discount within the 8 week time frame but it didn’t work, the website advised it was an invalid code. When I contacted the Body Shop, I was advised I couldn’t use the voucher for certain products! This was definitely not in the small print of the voucher, feel like the company has been completely misleading. I certainly will not be purchasing anything else again from this company and I would not recommend them.

Was sold a eye liner after claiming that it could never smear as its too good and if anything happens the sales girl would resign and so on so forth. I used the eye liner confidently but when I came back home, I screamed as the eye liner was all over my eyes making my eye circles black. Moreover, when I went back to complain, nobody was there to attend us as the only sales girl was busy enticing the cream of the city. Pathetic product with even more pathetic customer service.

As an elderly lady shopping in Inverness.I was finding it difficult to walk.I stood at the door of your store wondering if I could walk another step. When the shop assistant came over to help me.I told her what I wanted and she very kindly got it for me the Facebook cream. So whoever you are Thank you.

Website links not working. Messages about products being available when they are not. Difficult to contact. Not a great company to do buy from and such a shame after its original shopping experience was innovative and forward thinking.

Fooling customers in the name of natural products! I'd ordered a body polish & it has Sulphate in it. Also its Vit E serum oil & Tea Tree oil are pathetic. Overpriced with no results. Making my skin even more dull.

Overpriced rubbish that claims to do Miricles. Get a one does all, cheaper and more economical. Plus pyramid effect sales.

Very nice friendly team, always very helpful, especially Paulina. Always understand what customers are looking for. It’s been one year, since I started to use The Body Shop range and I’m always 100% satisfied with quality and service.

I frequently go to the branch in Lot 1 . Tday served by aiton a friendly approachable staff. Patient too when I asked questions. Frankly speaking. I visited many body shop branches. They are always cheerful and helpful. Congratulations! To have passionate staff.

I m having the most awfully distressful time with their customer service. I have never dealt with such a disrespectful unconsidered and honestly intellectually limited bunch of people . They were supposed to deliver my products via Hermes. Hermes has just marked the transaction as delivered and put a picture of some box in front of some door that is mot mine, not my neighbour’s and not even the same door number on the adjacent streets: I searched! I contacted them with no luck obviously but that’s another story. I contacted The body shop afterwards, as it s not really my problem their currier issues and retarded mailmen: I had already spent a lot of time trying to find my parcel. They said to me on the phone: sure, ok, we ll resend the order with Express mail, it will be with you by Monday. Fair enough or so I thought! 1h later i receive an email saying, we won’t do anything unless you sign a letter where you basically swear on your honor you haven’t received the parcel. I own an ios device and have no printer so i open the word document and use an app to type my name, explain to them i have no printer and send it back. and then they said they can’t open the file so asked me to send an image. so i go take a screen picture and resend it but then no response. I chase twice and the next day i m told i need to sign the document with a pen or they won’t do squad and oh btw they can’t guarantee they can resend anything with other than Hermes (that express mail they told me on the phone was all BS), and of course this is only if I print and sign the bloody paper. I am now supposed to find a printer in lockdown it seems or they will just keep my money and fo nothing, just like that. And to add a bit of zest to the whole screwing up process these people can’t even grasp my name right even though it s all over the whole correspondence! To this day my money is gone, my product i don’t think i will ever receive and my mental health is damaged!

I have been using Body Shop products for decades. I love their philosophy (cruelty free, all natural). My orders are always accurate, competently shipped, and questions answered by phone or chat friendly and knowledgeable representatives. Prices are good. Sales are great! The Body Butters are deliciously luxurious.

Ordered an item online which was intended as a Christmas gift, but it never arrived. I emailed the Body Shop's customer service, explaining the situation and received an automated email, promising that I would hear back from them within 72 hours. 1 week later and there was no reply. I messaged them again, same automated response, but no reply still a further 2 weeks on! The live chat on their website is awful too. The staff member was unable to help, despite saying that I should be entitled to the item, they just kept telling me to send an email Terrible customer service.

Cannot get through on any number or on chat. Placed my order but it would not let me pay. They confirmed my debit card details so I'm worried because I clicked oay 7 times. Can't reorder by phone either because they don't answer.

Don’t buy online!!! I bought 3 items online on 15th December. They were delivered on 21st December at 22.15. The items are presents for Xmas. I opened box on 23rd December to wrap them only to discover the that only 2 items were delivered. Th main item was not delivered and the paperwork inside the box stated this. Why, why, why did Bodyshop not notify me in advance by email to inform me that one item was not available and not just leave it until I opened the box? Utterly appalling service

The worst customer and delivery service ever! I ordered something using a code a received on my personal email which claimed I could have a free and fast delivery. Everything was a lie! I had to pay for have a delivery in 3 days which I am still waiting for!! This is ridiculous and inconvenient as i need my Xmas present for tomorrow! The worst service ever! I won’t ever purchase from the body shop anymore. Very unsatisfied!
