Wallys body shop in Savannah Georgia does good work,, but their communication skills and their policy of ordering parts only win supplements from insurance companies and everything else have been submitted delay work up to 4 to 6 weeks. Not a good fit if you want your car back quickly. Their communication skills are lacking. They do not inform you when there is an issue or problem so that you can assist in getting it resolved. Also timelines that they give you are not dependable the repair ahead. I’m down in my car cost me an additional $2000 in rental fees, when the additional parts for the car would have been less than $300. The lack of communication and willingness to work with the rest. Cost the customer additional money when it truly is not necessary. They do good work. I am very satisfied with the outcome of the car, but there’s no reason why I did not have the car back sooner and due to the fact that they delayed repairs, it cost me additional funding the car was drivable when I deposited the appointment that they set, but it took close to a month and a half to get it back

Website links not working. Messages about products being available when they are not. Difficult to contact. Not a great company to do buy from and such a shame after its original shopping experience was innovative and forward thinking.

Tried the little tubes of hand cream in shop at Wakefield and put it back and he abruptly said now we can’t use that for our customers but still picked up the wrong one . Would be helpful if you have testers at the top only !!! And not mixed with ones for buying

I placed an order for items online using a 40% off promotion code, after the promotion had ended I then got an email telling me that some of the items I had ordered were actually now our of stock and wouldn't be sent to me. When I contact the body shop on this they weren't very helpful I just told me that their website is not always up-to-date with live stock levels.
