“I placed a preorder online for collection a couple of days later in the store. Even with relatively short notice, the order was there ready for collection at the specified time. The staff were extremely helpful.”

“Rather disappointed that Banrock Chardonnay was out of stock and very disappointed that the Greene King IPA had a best before date of 30/4/17. One tray normally lasts me 4/5 months and so giving me an extra one doesn't really help !”

“Euro train was delayed and as we were on a return day trip this would have cut our time in France to only a few hours. However, a member of staff at Calais Wine Store was very helpful by contacting euro tunnel and rescheduling our return crossing for a later time. We have been using Calais Wine Store for some time and have always been very pleased with the service they provide. Thank You and look forward to seeing you again soon. Highly recommend. “What a fantastic idea and offer. We love a day out so to cross to France and pick up cheap booze and not have to pay the travel is brilliant and something we will continue doing as long as the offer lasts.... we get through a fair bit of wine being quite social so we have really seen the benefit over the last 3 months not paying UK prices for great wines (we saved at least £3 on a bottle of Vila Maria which i haven't seen for less than £9 here).... Cheers Calais Wine Store....”

“Calais wine superstore is a fantastic idea, I ordered online (travel was paid for) - which is an absolutely fantastic idea if you spend certain amount. Arrived on the day and alcohol was on the trolley ready and waiting. I paid for it and it was loaded into my car within 5 minutes. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Will be returning to use this brilliant service again, 100%”

“Service was good & staff very helpful. Haven't been in along time BUT would recommend to anyone. Nice wine tasting area. Easy to shop around, nice offer of a hot drink which again is great customer service. No pressure on selling, quick @ easy from shop to back of the car”

“Pre ordered the night before. Wines were waiting for me on arrival. 15 mins and we were off. Fast friendly service, with excellent wines at way less than half english prices. Have visited this store 4 times in last 6 months, always excellent service.”
