“Lots of benefits with using Calais Wine Superstore, mainly the ease with which you pre-order your wines, which are ready for collection when you turn up having travelled on Euro-tunnel for free!! Also the huge savings to be made compared to UK prices - last visit I spent £312 and saved over £600 on UK prices.”

“It is easy to order wine on line and add to once there. I enjoy the free tasting of any wine on sale before purchasing and the free Eurotunnel /ferry service. Once there your order is already waiting for you on a trolley and the staff are polite and very helpful, nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Calais Wine is a few minutes drive from both the eurotunnel station and the ferry port so easy to find.”

“1. Efficient email exchanges on pre-order plus revisions 2. Prompt confirmation of Eurotunnel booking 3. Excellent in-store service on order collection Only negatives were the omission of additional 2 cases of dessert wine which was quickly corrected and a delay in obtaining telephone cheque verification.”

“The wine ordering and collection service works really well. I always take advantage of a free Eurotunnel ticket which means I can lunch at somewhere like Wissant or Ardres and then finish with some light shopping at Cité Europe. The wine is very good and is always ready and sitting there waiting for me to wheel it away.”
