“The staff are always very cheerful, friendly and happy to help. Such a pity that the store is currently out of stock of Kudu Plains Pinotage. I hope to return very soon when it is back in stock.”

“The website is easy to understand and ordering was seamless. When we collected the wine the staff were as helpful as they have always been and the wine was excellent.We have been shopping at Calais wine store for at least ten years and have had a bad bottle or a less than excellent customer service in all that time Well Done”

“Booked order online and EuroTunnel ticket emailed within a day. On arrival at the store, the order was ready and served by friendly member of staff. I have used the store on many occassions and always had good service. Highly recommended.”

“Just completed a day trip from Kent using Eurotunnel kindly paid for by Calais Wines. We had never visited Calais Wines before so were unsure what to expect but we were not disappointed. Very helpful staff and a varied and broad range of wines at attractive prices along with excellent tasting facilities which made our choices very much easier. Wine supplies for my son's wedding easily completed. I have no problem recommending Calais Wines.”

“The company are easy to locate, we arrived early and originally met a representative who was busy setting up. We decided to check our order, but I had not gone to checkout when putting in the basket online. We then left to get lunch and would return later. When we did I asked a relatively young woman for some help being teetotal myself. Her name was Holly, now don't let her apparent young age fool you for she new her wines, she advised, she was patient, she didn't rush us, and actually was the reason we spent so much. This young woman enhanced our trip to your store and deserves a special mention. The tasting room is a genius of an idea, as a try before you buy only ensures more of the wine you like ending up in your car. Thanks again”

“I never have to Waite for my order as it is always ready on a trolley.staff always very helpful. Stock ordered is nearly always available. Very easy way of getting your Booze.”

“If you want to buy wine in France this is the place to go: great value, free ferry in included, order pre prepared and you can even try the wines first. I haven't found anywhere better and I have been doing the wine trips for many years now”
