“Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices for wine are really good - you most certainly save coming over for the day. Amazing choice of wine, from many parts of the world. I very much like the pre-ordering, and the ability to change it on the day. By pre-ordering, I know the wines will be there.”

“We pr-orderd our chosen wine and everything was already loaded onto a trolley when we arrived. I also had a list of 'wines to try' and we added to our order, ably helped by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend Calais Wine Superstore and we'll be back for another money-saving trip in the autumn!”

“Made my first trip in December and returned again in February. On both occasions, had a fantastic time, the wines were excellent as were the prices. Will be back again later in the year”

“Calais Wine is great place to visit. Apart from the excellent prices they offer on their wide range of World wines,the whole staff are dedicated to the customers' requirements and I seldom meet in any one business a more friendly, obliging and cheerful group. The only problem is that we can't drink the wine quick enough to ensure more frequent visits. Calais Wine are great people.”

“I went a few weeks ago on a specific booze buying trip and filled up the car. I took advantage of their free travel offer. It couldn't be easier. All you have to do is pre-order or commit to spending £250+ and you can select ferry or Eurotunnel. I chose Eurotunnel and booked the 8:20am crossing. I arrived in good time and was able to take the earlier train without any extra cost. The shop was nice and quiet and I was able to have a good look around at the range on offer. Staff were very helpful. You can even get 6 bottles of free wine to help cover your fuel costs! It is well worth looking at their website beforehand and making a list of what you are interested in. I spent a lot more than I was planning on and according to the bill saved £600 on UK prices! I then visited three more supermarkets and was back home by 2:45pm. The whole process was so easy that I would recommend it to anyone needing to stock up. Their wines are better than L**l or A**i and they have a much wider range than the French supermarkets. Highly recommended! Visited February 2017”

“We have been coming here for years now, and have always found their wine to be terrific value for money - and free travel! The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and to be able to taste the wines before committing to buying a dozen bottles is such a bonus. Long may this company continue, notwithstanding Brexit!”

“A wine run with a difference! Degustation for the non driver is a great idea..........save's being told I bought the wrong wine! The service is so smooth I can get the best out of a day trip with time to shop visit a place of interest and use Eurotunnel's offers if I book via CWS and get to the return shuttle on time. Can't do much about the exchange rate but CWS do their best with extra offers to compensate...and I just love the wine. An extra plus is they are happy to oad up for me too! See you all soon........well not too soon...I still have quite a lot of wine to enjoy first!”
