“I have shopped with the Calais Wine Superstore for many years, taking advantage of the free crossings offer, and have always found the staff very helpful. The opportunity to pre-order is very convenient, as is the opportunity to taste the wine. All round very good.”

“The concept of Calais wine is sound. The service offered is to a very high standard and the staff offer advice but generally discretely so as you have time to make your selection. The on-line service works very well and the promotional details are well thought out and very beneficial. The pricing is very competitive and certainly encouraged one to return. Overall Calais wine Superstore is highly recommended and I certainly suggest them to my friends who travel to France either on a day trip or longer.”

“Our order is always ready, the staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. On the very rare occasions that a mistake is made, it is corrected immediately.”

“We've been using Calais Wine Superstore for many years now - wouldn't go anywhere else. Great wine. Great prices - actually cheaper than chips - and great helpful friendly staff. We have taken the odd look elsewhere but nobody beats Calais Wine Superstore on range of wines or on price and definitely not on also paying the fares. The multi buy deals are the best anywhere, and the £2 a bottle wines taste great.”

“Genuinely a very good experience. Ease of ordering in conjunction with competative pricing will ensure that we use this service again. We particularly enjoy that the order has been pre picked and loaded awaiting your arrival which ensures a very quick transaction should that be what you require. The added benefit of either a Ferry or Eurotunnel crossing makes it well worth the trip. The staff have always been courteous and are prepared to work with you to maximise the convenience. I would just add that when my wife recently made a collection alone the staff were very quick to assist her in loading the order into the car. Very good indeed. Andrew Page”

“I have been using the Calais Wine warehouse for many years. The range of wines is excellent, the pre-ordering is easy, the prices are cheap and the staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. My order is invariably ready when I arrive but I can never resist browsing and adding more bargains to my trolley . And if all that wasn't enough ... They pay for my ferry crossing as well !!”

“We had to postpone our visit due to car problems, Calais Wine moved our tunnel crossing and saved our order. When we were able to go, they re-organised the trip and even supplied the order at the original cost, despite there being rises in some of the prices. They couldn't have been more helpful and we will certainly be returning.”

“Its always fun going to Calais Wine Superstore. Its great being able to taste wine before buying. The staff are amazingly helpful and very informative regarding different wines. Some of my Bracken Hill Sauvignon blanc doesn't taste right but I cant fault Calais wine store for saying bring them back. Unfortunately there may not be much left. I have kept a bottle which didn't taste right and I am going to check it with a bottle from one that is good to see if there is a code on the bottle which is different. Its strange because the last time I bought Bracken Hill every bottle was good.”

“We have used Calais Wine Superstore for many years now, mainly twice a year!! Ordering on the website is so simple and there is a fantastic range of wines from throughout the world! We also use the Eurotunnel offer and again you only have to provide your preferred dates and the team organise the rest for you. Once you arrive at the store your order is ready for collection. The team are always friendly and helpful, and we will continue to use the great service you provide.”
