“I ordered a Christmas tree decoration last year. I never received it. Crafty Giraffe staff were very unhelpful telling me it had been delivered according to Royal Mail. I was not offered another item or refund. Will never use again.”
“Ordered an item from The Crafty Giraffe and paid £4.25 for 24 hour ie next day delivery. I didn't receive it the next day and when I queried why this happened I was advised that the 24 hour delivery is from when the item was shipped which could take 2-4 days?! Very misleading for people who think they are paying for next day delivery like any normal retailer offers.”

The parcels are sent to France without even considering the customs fees so we pay a fine.
Very disappointing.
The price of the article was 14 and is now 7€, from simple to double!

Une entreprise en Grande Bretagne qui ne s'est pas du tout renseignée sur les frais de douane pour la France et n'est donc pas capable d'avertir le client qui a la mauvaise surprise un beau jour de recevoir un colis pour lequel il doit payer des frais de douane exorbitants s'il veut l'avoir. Un service commercial pitoyable qui se cache derrière ses conditions de vente. Sérieusement vous lisez toujours les milliers de ligne des conditions de vente à chaque fois que vous passez une commande ? Et puis, c'est bien mignon mais vous regardez le pays où est situé l'entreprise pour vous assurer que ce n'est pas en Grande-Bretagne ?
Des produits alléchants mais ne vous faites pas avoir !!!”
“I ordered 4 egg boards..even though it was clear about the different wood grain one of the boards had very dark wood stain through one of the characters..emailed customer services who were great and sent out a replacement straight away free of charge..received today..they are fab.. eggcellent service( sorry about the pun)”
