“Update to review posted below as cannot edit: Eventually was contacted by the Diamond Store, who apologised and offered the ring as a gesture of goodwill for free. Have turned down their kind offer and asked for a refund only as I stand by my comments above, but do appreciate the belated effort to amend the issue. A shame it came to this.”
