“The original two labels arrived badly packed and Royal Mail had managed to bend them at the vulnerable area on the packaging! The replacements have not yet arrived even though an email from you said they had been despatched days ago. The Fed-Ex tracking number on your email brought up someone in Manchester who had apparently taken delivery! I rang your company and spoke to Gemma who looked into it and agreed there had been some sort of mix up. She is arranging for two more labels to be sent to me (hopefully packed properly this time)”
