I ordered a light bulb from you on Friday 13th and paid for next day delivery, so it was due to come Monday. It didn't come. I emailed yourselves on the Monday night and you called back Tuesday by which point I'd had an email saying that my order had left the warehouse and would be delivered that day (Tuesday 17th). It wasn't so I rang back to be told that there was no record of my item having left your warehouse and that the item was out of stock. The lady I spoke to said that she would email the warehouse and get back to me. I received a call today (Thursday 19th)to state that the delivery company had no record of receiving the item and that there were none in stock, so I had to have a refund. Not only did I not receive next day delivery but you sent me emails stating that I had purchased the item and that it had been dispatched when apparently it wasn't in stock. If I hadn't rung to chase it would you have noticed and given me my money back? I doubt it!! I am utterly disappointed with the service I have recieved and will not be using you again, nor will I recommend you to any one else.

We wanted the order delivered on a different date to the one offered - they changed the date for us. There was an issue with one of the bulbs, easy to e-mail them and instant replacement. V helpful, efficient and good value.

The electric heaters that I ordered were exactly as stated-amazing value!They were delivered very quickly-cannot fault the electrical guys.Would definitely shop there again.

Driver called to inform me of estimated delivery time. He arrived on schedule and could not have been more helpful when dropping off my goods.

Due to our cut off time being 16:00 for next working day delivery, your order was processed with our warehouse on the 11th for delivery on the 12th. the phone is in very good condition, this phone is the same to look at but is different for use, my fault as i do not know the number of my other phone.

Hi Michael, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. I think you may have got this review mixed up with another of your purchase. We don't unfortunately sell phones here at The Electrical Guys. We do however, sell GE light bulbs which is what you purchased. So as long as that's working great then we are happy! We look forward to seeing you next time :-)

one tube did not give the same level of light when fired up. I sent an email about this but got no reply.

Hi Jim, Sorry to hear your goods were faulty upon delivery. Which email address did you happen to send your query to? Our main email box (sales@electricalguys.co.uk) is monitored by both the web and customer care teams. If you drop our team an email on that address they will happily ship out a replacement for you. Again apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Hi Chris, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. Sorry to hear of the problems you encountered with our stock levels. I can only apologise on the behalf of our warehouse team. The process we have here at The Electrical Guys means if an item is taken out of stock, all corresponding orders are placed onto 'back order'. This is then communicated to our customer care team to make our customers aware. On this occasion this was not communicated by our logistics team due to a system error. I again can only apologise for this and we hope we can make it up to you in the future :-)

Ordered a portable heater as a temporary but desperate measure, price was excellent as was service..... received item in a day or two bearing in mind i ordered over weekend. 5/5 in my opinion.
