“I paid extra to have item delivered before 10am but unfortunately it never turned up. Company refunded my carriage but it makes it difficult when waiting to go out”

“Wrong item received from them just before the shut down for the Christmas/New Year period. However, once normal service was resumed, the correct item was sent out and the erroneous one collected very quickly. Good communication, and yes, I would order from them again when the need arises.”

“I needed an alarm panel for my 18 year old system, The Electrical Guys were able to confirm that the one they sold would work on my old system, bought one the same day and they were right all works just fine”

“I ordered a 3 gang 2 way screwless light switch on 18th dec and received it on 24th dec bareing in mind xmas post so was quite pleased with delivery really . well wrapped for delivery . overall an acceptable transaction.”

Due to ordering after our Christmas cut off date (4PM on the 22nd) your order was processed with our warehouse on the 23rd. This meant it wouldn't be out for delivery until after Christmas (Wednesday 28th Dec). Sorry for any confusion with this! “Great price but terrible communication and delivery. Had to pay 3 times to ring the 0844 number due to incompetence. And a pre 10am delve that turned up late afternoon. Even though should have been delivered the previous day. We would not use this company again.”
