“Item was well packed,ordered Amber colour bulbs, were red. I could have bought red fire glow bulbs locally. The bulbs supplied are ok,as such no need for further comments.”

“I was looking for Philips LED lights. I installed few of those 3 years ago and I wanted more of them. The company I brought them, does not sell particular one anymore. After quick Google search I found Electrical Guys selling them with very good price and they also promised fast delivery. I placed my order and almost next day my delivery arrived. Well done Electrical Guys. Excellent price, speedy delivery - I'll be back!”

“Extremely good value for money, I got a set of 2 strip lights. I was unsure about the fitting from my old light (Recently moved house) but they fitted well, and easily. Strong and sturdy light, definitely great value for money! I have seen a few others advertised but not as durable / good quality as these, and not this cheap! Definitely value for money! x”

“Only received half of my batteries and then was promised the other half by Tuesday and I haven't received them. I have emailed but with no response and it is now Thursday and I still haven't got my batteries.”

“I asked a question about a product, received a reply a couple of days later. Went to place an order for 6 of the items, which at that time, showed over 600 in stock, I made payment by PayPal (for my security), I received an e mail saying the item was being packed, 3hrs later I receive a phone call to say there has been an error, the item is not in stock, refund to be processed. The company uses an 0844 number for contact, they have an alternative of 01924227941.”

Hey Mr Schofield, Sorry to hear of the problems you encountered. The generic order email is sent out to you before it's passed through to our internal system. As you can imagine there is sometimes a slight delay in this happening, which meant by the time it was processed by our warehouse the stock had been allocated to an order. The 600 showing in stock were actually taken by one of our trade customers an half hour before you had placed your order. I can only apologise for this and the delay in our stock updating on our website. Rest assured we are working very hard to cut down on this time delay. I believe as per the message on PayPal we have now refunded your order, but if you do have any other questions then please feel free to get in touch with our customer care team.
