“I missed the delivery due to being on holiday. Contacted sales 3 times now to get the items resent plus have paid for them but not received. Really bad service and still unable to get a response .”

“Two of the radiators were delivered damaged. We emailed to ask for them to be replaced. We are still waiting. We were informed that the courier had delivered replacements but they were delivered to the wrong place. We still don't have what we ordered.”
