“I purchased an electrical Towel Rail/Heater, which was delivered the next day, extremely well packaged. Unfortunately this turned out to be faulty, but a phone call to a very nice lady had everything sorted out extremely quickly. The faulty item was collected and was replaced two days later with a fully functioning towel rail. It's a great item which doubles as a heater as well. I can highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of making a purchase from them. Thank you The Electrical Guys Steve Shortland”

“Good comunication PLEASE PLEASE do not send 5ft glass tubes wrapped just in bubblewrap it bends glass does not! Originall & replacement both broken”

Hey, Sorry to hear your goods arrived with you damaged. The tubes should not leave our warehouse unless they are in protective custom made cardboard. I will raise this with our warehouse for you and I apologise for any inconvenience caused. We hope we can make it up to you next time :-)
