“Received a different product than the one shown. Specifically shopped around to avoid getting the one they sent which I could have obtained cheaper elsewhere.”

“I clearly ordered yellow lamps, the invoice said yellow. When I OPENED THE BOX RED LAMPS!!! Good though , rectified in a few days.”

“Initially had a problem with the online ordering, but quickly and courteously resolved by customer services. Have placed second order online with no problem. Both orders arrived the next working day. To date, I have been pretty impressed!”

“Ordered 5 convector heaters from The Electrical Guys for our shop. I was not expecting them to be that good as only £12.50 each, but I have no complaints at all! They are good to look at and heat our salon brilliantly. Delivery was super quick too. Would definitely use this site again.”
