“Displayed 'Kidde' brand 'Home Safety Pack', but sent the 'Lifesaver' brand Essential Alarm Pack' which is exactly what I was trying to shop around to avoid. They should display an image of the one they're actually sending. Could have got the one they sent much cheaper elsewhere. Deceitful sales tactics. Not impressed.”

“Fast response and delivery and good price on a quality product. If anything I could say getting the batteries in was tricky having to compress the springs with a knife but hey no real problem”

“Meter box arrived via courier as stated when ordering. Able to track which is always helpful. Pleased with service and would recommend. Product was cheaper than anywhere else.”
