“Everything was delivered in one piece and working well but I paid for next day delivery but it took a few days to be delivered”

Hey, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. Unfortunately due to placing your order at 7:30PM on Nov 7th (our cut off for next day delivery is 4PM) your item was processed on the 8th and delivered next day on the 9th. Hope this helps and we look forward to seeing you next time. :-)

“I was sent 2 x 5 light tubes which were smashed, as only wrapped in bubble wrap with no card or box. The Electrical guys totally ignore all contact. Now waiting for the 10 day ebay time frame to initiate a forced refund. Will not be shopping here again.”

Hi Julie, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review with us. However one of our customer care team has been in touch with you via eBay a few days ago and initiated a full refund for the two tubes that you ordered. The two tubes should have arrived in a specialised cardboard box to protect them in transit. We can only apologies for any inconvenience this has caused and we have passed on the details to our warehouse team for future orders.
