“top quality item at reasonable cost plus free post, great deal! Swift delivery, however when the first delivery was damaged in transit by the courier, a replacement was arranged and dispatched arriving the next day. The Electrical Guys are a firm which honours its contract with buyer in all aspects can be recommended fully.”

“Whilst the service was prompt, some numpty put the credit card sized cal card in a box, more suitable for a football. The parcel hard to be redeliveried the following day, as it couldn't be put in the letter box. Wasting the £ 5.00 I spent on next day delivery. Have a word !”

“They sent the wrong bulbs but I have to return them at my cost. Return postage costs more than the bulbs in question.”

“The Burglar Alarm keypad I ordered arrived when they said it would do. I installed it that afternoon, took an hour. It worked fine first time. Thanks Trevor”

“Excellent prompt service after ordering, but very disappointing response when making an enquiry to establish the suitability of the product. The initial reply was a picture of the product from your website which I originally looked at to start the purchasing process!!! So that was no help at all! I nearly gave up ordering from you but took a chance. I suspect you may have lost customers from the very poor response when customers ask essential questions.”
