“Ordered on a weekend in the hope it would be here that week. Didn't turn up until the following week. Not sure what the postage cost was for as I could have sent it with a snail faster.”

Hey Alex, We can only apologise for the delay with your order. It looks like they may have been a technical glitch at your end. You are right in saying, that having ordered on Saturday you should have received it from us on the following Tuesday. Again we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and we look forward to making this up to you in the future.

“Please check your email dated 11/08/16 as I still haven't heard back from you. Hello, I just received the electric meter box. It does not seem to be put together well. See attached pictures. Is that normal? Water will go through the gap surely. If this is not normal what can we do to fix this? Kind regards, Alex”

“Purchased a Bussmann OSD80 HRC fuse from the Electrical Guys. Could not find this fuse at any local wholesaler, independent or otherwise. Pricing was extremely reasonable and it arrived quickly and in good condition. The only criticism I would have would be that the single fuse arrived in a massive box (probably 200x200x300mm with loads of packing foam), when a jiffy bag probably would have been absolutely fine, particularly as it arrived by FedEx. Will definitely use them again, and have already recommended them to others in the trade.”

“First item damaged in transit, 2nd customer service girl forgot to add address so not sent out, 3rd never arrived even though we made it clear it was urgent. Shall be phoning on Monday - very poor! Will not be using again.”
