“Had a problem but still very impressed. The ceiling switch I ordered arrived next day but was faulty out of a brand new sealed pack - very unusual. I contacted the Electrical guys and was assured a replacement would be despatched the same day to be delivered by 10.00am the following morning to enable me to compete a job the same day. They checked the replacement worked and It arrived at 9.45am. Job completed as planned and my customer never knew of the problem. We all know that problems do happen and it is how they are handled that marks out one supplier from another. Would happily recommend this one.”

“I was unable to get these bulbs anywhere where I live even B&Q told me they don't stock these as I would have to go to a specialist stockist. They arrived very quickly in excellent condition and I will definetly be ordering some more soon Ali g with all of my bulbs.”

“Very pleased to find T5 / G5 Fluorescent tubes of the length required for my Illuminated Mirror. Not available in Screwfix or B&Q. Liked Bulbs2Go site as was able to check dimensions and colour (Daylight). Also surprisingly cheap for GE branded Tubes. Slightly disturbed to see they are made in China, but what can you expect for the price. Arrived next day and amazed at size of box. However filled with Flopack so absolutely no chance of damage to Tubes. Both tubes worked and light O/P and colour temp good. Overall very pleased and would not hesitate in recommending to others.”

“Delivery exactly as stated: next day! Spoke once or twice to a charming young lady (Heidi?) who re-assured me that the order, placed late one evening, was going through, even though no money had gone from my account, which only happened once the good were here.”
