“I ordered my goods after 12pm on Tues 13/03/2018 i.e. I did not expect the super fast delivery the following day which I was pleased with as I had expected delivery on Thurs 15/03/2018. I bought 2 Osily 9 Fin Oil Filled Radiators which I'm very happy with but... They were delivered upside down which was not a good thing!”

“Ladder clamps arrived 7 days after order. Ladder clamps arrived faulty. Delay in responding to a simple part replacement (it needed a group discussion!) Need to wait in a whole day for exchange when a simple posting of the top screw would have sufficed, been quicker and more efficient. Picture sent of fault... no reply..... Still waiting for confirmation of action to be taken replacement part sent or exchange!? Told.. Needed to contact manufacturer~!!!!!!!! Why?”

As a supplier of Rhino products, we don't necessarily have access to a range of spare parts for their items; hence the reason we needed to get in touch with them to confirm the fault. “It was very easy ordering on line and the delivery process worked well. No complaints at all about that part of the transaction. However, we were very disappointed in the two heaters we purchased. They are set to too low a temperature and turn off well before heating the room. We expected a slow heating but these heaters make only a very slight difference to the room temperature, no matter how long they are on for.”
