“The product arrived the next day even though I didn't pay extra for that service. A bit more packaging than I would choose - less plastic guys would be good but can't fault product, speed and value for money.”

“The first radiator I received was damaged in transit. This was sorted quickly and promptly with no problems resulting in me being sent a replacement and damaged one collected within 5days thankyou.”

“It was not the fault of the company, but after three failed delivery attempts by their chosen courier FedEx, I had no choice but to ask for a full refund. The suppliers you chose represent your company, in my experience this has not been a great one. Company fine, very helpful and understanding, it's just a real shame that this was my first order with them. I would like to place further orders, but I have no confidence that I will receive the goods!”

“I ordered the radiator Mon and it arrived the following day....well packed and very good delivery! The wheels were a bit fiddly to put on the radiator ...but is now up and running. The timer is quite difficult to set especially with arthritic hands but on the whole very pleased with purchase. Very good value and nice and warm....will be buying another later this year. Well done Electrical guys! Good luck in the future too.”

“send out my order promptly 16/03/18 , but unfortunately used fed ex I am still waiting for delivery 26/03/18, or some notification of how I can get the package, I have a lot of parcels delivered by dpd they seem to get it right, tomorrow I am off to screw fix to buy the same part I ordered from The electrical guys, not your fault I know but my customer won't wait.”
