“I would recommend Knifewarehouse to anyone interested in collections and collecting, bushcraft or needing tools that are both razor sharp and made of high-quality materials at a very good price. I had a few things from them, I feel that the people working for this company really care for the customer, and what the customer gets in terms of product, good customer service and so on. Delivery, on time. I wish the team the best, and God bless them, I hope they prosper.”

“Does anyone habe a contact number foe this website. I made an order over 2 weeks ago and they haven't trolkes tm a single email of support email. Their wensite shoes no number which to me rings alarm bells . Extremely poor customer service”

“Usually Amazing Service and good products have used many many times - This time however product sent to wrong house despite address changed within good time and conformation that it has been change, items return to sender, all of which fine. then 6 weeks of radio silence despite multiple emails from me asking for info, refund or product but have just been ignored. I have spent hundreds of pounds with this company. would of usually said 5 stars all the way but 6 weeks of no comms, no refund and no product is very poor service”

“I bought 2 karambits, one was premium steel and the other plain stainless steel. They were both designed quite diffrently as one was a shorter blade but premium steel. Drilled holes in it so it was lighter but still as same efficiency It had a place for a finger at the back and you could do loads of cool tricks with it because of that. The other had a longer blade and normal stainless steel and painted yellow. The reason i liked this one is because of it's long blade and handle and alot less curved. They were both eggselent quality and i will definetely be coming back. I also love that they give pouches and sharpeners for sale to for a VERY low price. I hope you enjoy you're purchase and have a night day mate! Ta”

“Im writing this review as i am yet to get a response, After having sent 5 emails asking about my order i am yet to get one. I answered the question as to why the name was different and didn't get a response back i simply asked if you do not want to go ahead with the order then can you please send me a refund and i'll take my business elsewhere. Terrible communication for something that could have been solved with communication.”

“Prompt service, easy order process & ability to track orders - 10/10.. Would have given a 5 star rating if your re-stocking of "GOOD KNIVES" was a bit quicker, been waiting ages for some products but always out of stock!! Having said that, I will be a returning customer & continue to recommend you to other responsible knife enthusiast's.. We all know UK knife laws are completely ridiculous, basing their opinion on little thugs who want to stab people, I can walk up the street with 14 golf clubs or a set of darts & nobody cares, but the mere mention of the word knife seems to imply violence ?? Point being, without you, Heinnie's, Blades UK etc., we serious collectors would have no hobby..So a big thank you from me & a happy new year to all at knife warehouse from William ✌️”
