“Do not recommend. No customer service. My parcel never arrived and Royal mail ask the recipient to contact the sender. I have emailed multiple times and had no reply. And the phone number listed on Google is for a roofing company. I have resorted to leaving a bad review in the hopes someone will actually get in touch before I have to report it to the bank and claim back through them. Very disappointed.”

“Lovely gem of a shop to get your tools from, I was sceptical at first. but Joe reassured me everything is legal and legit, he also answers extremely fast and tells you about the cons and perks of the blade you are purchasing, excellent customer service and trustworthy reliable vendor, will be back for sure mate, ta!”

“Fast delivery and OK pricing. The Survivor mini is an interesting little toothpick and would have given you 5*, but it was completely blunt except for the serrations. Poor grinding by the supplier I know, took me a while to sort out the grind and put an edge on it. A lanyard through the handle and it's sorted. Easily slips into a pack as it is so small. Sheath is adequate.”
