Hi Thomas My apologies for the error. I emailed a pre-paid returns label to you last week for the faulty/incorrect item. I resent that today as it seems you didn't receive that. Possibly in the spam folder? We'll get that exchanged, sorry for the inconvenience. Kind regards Joe Wheeler

Hi If you get in touch with us we can exchange or refund that for you. The inbox is empty now so I don't believe we have had an email about this. Possibly the wrong model knife was sent, not sure? Send us an email to support@knifewarehouse.co.uk and we'll get that sorted. Thanks Joe Wheeler

Hi Suresh I searched your name and found an order from a couple of years ago, seems like a very long time. Would you be able to email me at support@knifewarehouse.co.uk and we'll clear this up. Many thanks Joe Wheeler
