“Do not reply to e mails , no item sent ... beware a scam company”

“Do not buy from them! I bought a sword from them and it came broken; the blade was bent and had a chip in it. I emailed and messaged the company many times and they ignored all of my emails. Only until a few years later when I made comments on their Facebook posts that they replied. They said that my recent email was in their junk folder and because they don't check their junk folders, customers can not get into contact with them. Resulting in them ignoring my issue with the product and they do not want to help resolve it. because "my warranty has finished" but it's their fault for not looking in their email properly! So they sell you broken items, ignore all your emails and tell you that you can not have a refund. Scam company stealing your money. They refuse to take responsibility and saying its my fault when its their fault for ignoring my emails!”

“Not sure if the bad reviews of this company are false? My experience with them was very good. Arrived in two days and tracked the whole way. Very happy with the knife and service. I would definitely recommend using knife warehouse to all. Many thanks!!!”

“DO NOT USE!! Probably a scam On the 5th of September I ordered on cheap knife to test the site and see how good it was for delivery and legitimacy. 8 days. 3 emails and one online contact later there has been no contact or delivery of any kind, payment has been taken from my account and that was confirmed from 'WorldPay'. Despite advertising emails being sent out there has been no reply to any of my emails inquiring about delivery time, age verification time, receipt of payment or where my product is. DO NOT USE!!!”

“Spent a fair amount on some blades, delivery was fast which was great but the blades themselves are second rate and very shoddy. 2 won't even fit in its sheath. I have emailed as they are not worth keeping and want a refund, but had no answer.”

“I needed robust machete type knives for chainsaw operatives to use to clear trash and undergrowth. I made enquiries and got a reply with advice almost immediately, bought two basic machete and these arrived 2 days later exactly as described. They work hard every day and the guys would not do without them. I feel sorry for those that have had difficulty with communication but I have had no such problem and have found these guys very good to deal with.”
