“The knife in the mystery box wasn’t quite what I expected how ever was still a very special knife with detail that again I did not expect and was very surprised and happy with my product please if this is seen could I have another and I will gladly do reviews an publish on other media platforms. “Do not buy from these people! I ordered and paid for two knives but only received one. I sent several emails querying this but received no response. Non existent customer service and no phone number. Eventually I got my bank involved who refunded me. AVOID!”

“Never responds to my emails cancelled order i asked for refund as 5 days later knife is 'dispatched' but never arrives. Raised a dispute with my bank over it. Never reply shambles of a company”

“Spent sooo much money over the years here but my last order is a total scam items missing I’ve emailed them 4 times and they havnt even bothered to reply there’s no phone number to call so now have to contact my bank to get them involved such a shame how terrible there customer after care has gone . I will NOT be using or recommending them again”
