Sent me a coin I requested them not to, I send it back on recorded delivery and now had 8 call with them in the last 6 weeks telling me it’s sorted system error and now today received an email telling me they will take it to a debt collector to sort ? I run a small business that my credit need checking when ordering materials so hopefully it will get sorted but I would not recommend any one set up an account with them.

They don't like it when you return items ( I returned special tracked delivery, costly) and they do sent out items you do not request.

Now - this is they get two stars instead of one - they actually sent me a pre-paid postage sticker with tracked delivery that I would put on the envelope which contained the coin, which I sent back soon afterwards and I thought that was it.

Was entirely happy with my experience until got my latest delivery as over phone agreed to pay at £15 monthly so receiving a coin every other month but my invoice is for the whole £29.99 so now not so impressed!!

50 to return the coins you don't want as it has to be recorded delivery and proof of posting and you cant even claim this back.
