“We could not believe how quickly our samples were delivered. We have ordered various samples in the past from numerous Companies, some take a few weeks to arrive, others have never arrived, so when we ordered them on the Sunday we certainly did not expect them to arrive 3 days later. We are in the early stages of our project but based on the service we have received we will most definitely be using the London Tile Company for our Orangery and Patio. Thank You and We'll Done!!”

“Sadly - the Valverdi product I was considering for my project was not available with a distributor in the US. Happily - Peter at London Tile was willing to work with me and allow me to pick up samples on a FOB Aldershot basis. I received the materials at my office today and cannot wait to take a look. Thank you for the great customer service!”

“This is the second time I have ordered from the London Tile Company and, like the first time, the service was excellent. My queries by telephone were answered promptly and professionally. The tiles were delivered promptly. The first set of tiles have been greatly admired in the kitchen which is why I chose the same for the bathroom. When the work is complete, I will send photos. Thanks LTC!”

“I needed a tile that was discontinued. Having found it on The London tile CO. I ordered a sample, and was delighted to find out that a sample was a complete tile. It arrived really quickly, was very well packaged. So I would thoroughly recommend any one considering ordering tiles online to use this company. “I ordered a sample Quarry Tile which arrived, well packed, within 3 days. It turns out that this is just the tile I am looking for but I still suggest that it might be better to provide smaller samples instead of complete tiles and also have a sticker on the sample saying name of tile, product code, price per tile and price per m2.”

“Very Impressed with your Service, Phoned to discuss the purchase of tiles for an exterior patio and received good solid advice. Selected two samples and they were dispatched immediately and arrived within 2 days (3 -5 days are advised) complete with a brochure as I had requested over the phone. Will be a Spring project so still under discussion or should I say ' Wife has not given me my instructions yet !!! ' Brian”
